The location is right on the beach. Three pools are available (one faces the beach). My room was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The shower sprayed against the wall in my room (3124). It made washing difficult. Plugs kept falling out of the socket. put towels on pool chairs early in the morning but did not return until the afternoon. The hotel needs to be refreshed.

I found the staff to be lovely and helpful. Our room was kept beautifully clean each day. The pools are fantastic. The breakfast had fresh choices and good variety (i especially liked the fresh fruit).

The noise in the corridors at night was a little loud at times.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!

I loved the hotel's strategic location. It was super close to the beach. Many shops surround the hotel! They are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a great variety! I found the Balinese-style theme restaurant nights fantastic.

The pool could use a little refresh. The mattresses on the sun loungers seemed a bit dirty.

the location was perfect for exploring local shops and enjoying the beach i found the three pool areas refreshing with plenty of space the breakfast offered a great variety of food including fresh fruit and local dishes our room had ample space and included comfortable beds and good air conditioning.

i noticed some wear and tear on the older furniture within the room.
